Damaged Items:
- Within 7 days of receiving your order contact us at CustServ@WeddingFavorsofDistinction.com. Please include your invoice number in the subject box of your email and your name and address in the body of your email along with a brief description of the problem.
- We will do all that we can to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
For Returns:
- Within 30 days of receiving your order contact us at Returns@WeddingFavorsofDistinction.com for a Return Authorization Code. Orders returned without a Return Authorization Code will not be processed.
- Repack all return items in their original shipping container(s).
- Include the original shipping invoice (make a copy for your records) with the Return Authorization Code clearly marked.
- All returns must be made via UPS and tracking number provided to us to insure a timely refund.
- All returned items must be in new, unused and resaleable condition.
- Personalized items are not returnable or refundable.
- Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns.

What is your minimum order?
Wedding Favors of Distinction has no minimum order requirments. You may order "one" of any favor that you are considering for your guests. Please note that some items are not sold individually, but rather in sets, etc. See item description for details. We believe we have elegant and tasteful favors at affordable prices and you will be back to place your order.
Are online transactions secure?
Wedding Favors of distinction provides the highest level of security using 128-bit encryption over Secure Socket Layer. SSL provides encryption between web browsers and web servers.
What are my payment options?
Wedding Favors of Distinction is equipped to accept your payments through PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

All payments are to be made in US Dollars.
What about state sales tax?
All orders that are shipped to Pennsylvania are subject to the applicable sale tax rate. All other states are not subject to a sales tax.
Will I receive an email confirmation for my order and tracking information?
Once we have received your order you will receive an email confirmation and a Wedding Favors of Distinction tracking number. When your order has been processed and picked up by UPS you will receive a UPS tracking number.
How do I complete my order online?
When you are finished shopping, simply click on your “shopping cart” to review your order. Your shopping cart will list all items ordered with a price total. When you are satisfied with your order and ready to check out, click on “check out” and your order will show the total plus shipping costs.
Fill out the contact and shipping information. Decide how you’d like to pay for your order, select your payment option and provide the necessary information. Your order is not complete until you click “pay now.”
You may now click and print out a copy of your order, showing your completed transaction.
