We have searched the market for top quality merchandise, however should there be a problem with your order Wedding Favors of Distinction will do everything possible to address your problem.
Damaged Items:
- Within 7 days of receiving your order contact us at CustServ@WeddingFavorsofDistiction.com.
- Please include your invoice number in the subject box of your email and your name and address in the body of your email along with a brief description of the problem.
- We will do all that we can to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
For Returns:
- Within 30 days of receiving your order contact us at Returns@WeddingFavorsofDistinction.com for a Return Authoization Code. Orders returned without a Return Authorization Code will not be processed.
- Repack all return items in their original shipping container(s).
- Include the original shipping invoice (make a copy for your records) with the Return Authorization Code clearly marked.
- All returns must be made via UPS and tracking number provided to us to insure a timely refund.
- All returned items must be in new, unused and in resaleable condition.
- Personalized items are not returnable or refundable.
- Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
